Breathe Class Finder!

Please read our group fitness class guidelines and policies page before registering for a class.

Breathe Strong: A strength training class designed to change your body and define your muscles. Work your body from head to toe using barbells, dumbbells, medicine balls, resist-a-balls, and Pilates rings.

Core Strong: A combination of yoga, Pilates and strength training with a special emphasis on the abdominal muscles. You will strengthen your core, challenge your muscles, and improve your posture and flexibility.

Breathe Pilates: Transform the way your body looks feels and performs. Build strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. [top]

Breathe Yoga: Build strength, increase flexibility and improve posture. Yoga is more than just stretching it releases stress. You don’t just move into poses in yoga, you BREATHE into them. [top]

Breathe Yoga- Advanced: Class will focus on intermediate to advanced levels of yoga asanas/postures. Students should have experience and feel comfortable with basic yoga practice. [top]

Breathe Yoga - Strong: Athletic, flowing, yoga- based moves integrating resistance exercises using weights, bands, balls and ring. The exer-poses, which are blended in with sun salutations, build strength, endurance, stamina and flexibility for upper and lower body. The flowing format also establishes cardiovascular health. A short relaxation segment finishes the class. [top]

Breathe Yoga - HBT: Emphasis in the class is on the lower body. TONE and TIGHTEN your HIPS, BUTT and THIGHS in this YOGA based class with the use of the weights, bands, balls and ring. [top]

Boot Camp: Are you ready for push-ups and jumping jacks? Get ready to sweat... Boot Camp is a circuit style class guaranteed to get your heart rate up and challenge your muscles. Work your body from head to toe! [top]

Spin Camp: Cardio and Strength collide to make a great total body workout! Class offers 25 minutes of spinning followed by 25 minutes of circuit style strength training. [top]

Yogilates: Experience the combination of Pilates and Yoga in this mind-body class. [top]

Spinning®: A motivating group cycling class led by top notch instructors and music that begs your legs to pedal. You will find yourself having a blast while you ride your way to a leaner stronger body. First time students should arrive 10 minutes early. Water and a towel are mandatory. [top]

NIA: Don’t miss this creative dance experience! NIA incorporates dance and martial arts for an exciting blend of music, movement and energy. [top]


Nia F.A.Q

Q. Do I have to be coordinated to do Nia?
A.
You can be uncoordinated, have two left feet, and no rhythm and still do Nia.

Q. I can’t dance can I do Nia?
A. Everyone’s a dancer in Nia because Nia is all about moving your body your way.

Q. I’m not good at learning steps, will I be good at Nia?
A. There is no wrong way to do Nia. There is plenty of freedom and the steps don’t matter… as long as you’re smiling.

Q. Do you have to be in great shape to do Nia?
A. Whether you’re a couch potato or a tri-athlete, you can do Nia. It’s taught at multiple levels.

Q. I have a bad back (bad feet, bad knees), can I do Nia?
A. Nia can be adapted to any level and address any limitation.


Breathe Relaxation 101: Relaxation and meditation exercises to help you relieve stress and improve your overall well-being. Techniques include postures and breathing for relaxation, guided imagery and affirmations. [top]

Pilates Reformer Group Training:
8 Weeks/8 Sessions $320.00. *Classes are limited to 3. Class runs 8 weeks consecutive, there are no make-ups. Classes are non refundable and nontransferable. First time clients must pay one time enrollment fee of $99.00. [top]

Private and Semi-Private Pilates is available by appointment only.
Private Pilates 10 Sessions $650.00
Semi-Private Pilates 10 Sessions $450.00 per person.

Breathe Kinesis: Kinesis is a mind body workout designed to improve STRENGTH, STABILITY and FLEXIBILITY. Kinesis stands as a new way to work out, which not only involves individual exercises, but also a sequence of movement routines. Taking its name from the Greek word “movement”, Kinesis offers four uniquely designed modules ALPHA, BETA, GAMMA and DELTA that create a new way of achieving balance and flexibility. It can also enhance the movements of classic forms of exercise such as Sport Specific Training, Plyometrics, Martial Arts, Yoga and Pilates. Kinesis can be taught one on one or in small classes of up to four people. Reservations are required for all group fitness classes. Reservations can be made no earlier than 24 hours before the start of each class in person or on the phone.
