as a certified trainer for a little more than a year, but has had
a passion for fitness for 25 years.

American Red Cross Adult, Infant, and Children CPR
Currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt, Joon Rhee Tae Kwon Do
Teri
has run the NYC Marathon three times.
Admitted
to the bar of New Jersey and New York
Licensed Professional Planner, New Jersey.
Fitness
Philosophy: Teri believes feeling strong and fit is
empowering and enhances self-esteem, particularly for women. "I
try to help people attain achievable fitness goals for their body
type. I want to inspire my clients by showing them that one can maintain,
and even improve, one's fitness level at any age. At the same time,
I want my clients to have fun as they discover their inner athlete!"
Hobbies
and Interests: Running, Martial Arts, music, NY Yankee
Baseball (how many days until spring training?), reading, NY Times
crossword puzzles, art and art history.
When
not working: Teri rarely sits still! She truly practices
what she preaches so even when not working she can be found at the
gym, running, or attending Black Belt Karate classes. She enjoys music
and is an avid reader, often reading several books at once.
Teri
is also very active in her community. She serves on the Cranford Housing
Board in addition to working part time at her husband's dental office.
She has a 16 year-old son, Daniel, and a 13 year-old daughter Carrie.
Some may say Teri's day has more than 24 hours!
