Larry Wasserman

Fitness Philosophy: "Our ultimate goal is to not only get our clients into great shape, but to teach them how to incorporate fitness into their lives so that they take control and implement a new healthy lifestyle where they feel empowered with the knowledge they've gained."

When not working: Larry loves to play guitar, hike, ride and wrench motorcycles, watch movies, and be with his wife Susan and their two sons Sam and Jake.

Fitness Philosophy:
Nick’s fitness philosophy is that clients should move well before they move more often.  Therefore Nick’s programs are focused on functional training.  Functional training is defined as movement based training.  Clients learn how to perform exercises that involve squatting, lunging, pushing, pulling, and various forms of core training.  Nick also teaches his clients how to implement heart rate monitoring during conditioning work. 

Hobbies and Interests:
Reading, attending fitness seminars, drawing

When not working:
Nick is active himself when not training clients.  Nick’s fitness focus is on strength training for speed development.  When he finds the time, Nick reads as much as he can as well as working on his artwork.
 


Stanley J. Lee
Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor

Fitness Philosophy: Stanley is a competitive bodybuilder and an experienced fitness professional. Stan is a graduate of the GC Foster Sports College with a degree in Physical Education, Fitness and Nutrition.

Hobbies and Interests: Stanley enjoys movies, museums, sports, running and spinning.  Stan also loves music -- don't be surprised to see him grooving to a song and singing along.


Heidi Schoenemann
Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor

Heidi’s  background includes working as a Paraprofessional in the public school system. Heidi was a competitive swimmer in high school and continues to include swimming as part of her own fitness regimen. Certified in Mat
Pilates Technique, Heidi is also a NASM certified personal trainer.

Fitness Philosophy: Heidi's life experience as a teacher and trainer are to help people grow and become self actualized.

Teri Schick 

Number of Years in the Fitness Industry: 5 years as a fitness professional. Thirty years as a fitness enthusiast.

Currently a 2nd Degree Black Belt, Joon Rhee Tae Kwon Do

Teri has run the NYC Marathon three times.

Admitted to the Bar of New Jersey and New York
Licensed Professional Planner, New Jersey.

Fitness Philosophy: Teri believes feeling strong and fit is empowering and enhances self-esteem, particularly for women. "I try to help people attain achievable fitness goals for their body type. I want to inspire my clients by showing them that one can maintain, and even improve, one's fitness level at any age. At the same time, I want my clients to have fun as they discover their inner athlete!"

Hobbies and Interests:  Running, Martial Arts, music, NY Yankee Baseball (how many days until spring training?), reading, NY Times crossword puzzles, art and art history.


Terry Alexa

Fitness Philosophy: Terry believes that fitness is the foundation for a sound body and mind that requires focus and commitment. She wants to help others realize this commitment and to help them achieve realistic and attainable goals in fitness. From her young adulthood, she has had a passion for fitness.

Hobbies and Interests: Walking, yoga, strength training, the beach in Cape May, reading and interior design. Terry likes to spend time at home with her family, especially loves being a mom to her two daughters and watching them dance.
