Pilates Reformer: As Joseph Pilates put it over 40 years ago, "In 10 sessions you'll feel the difference. In 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a different body.
Classes are limited to 3 persons max. Class runs 8-10 weeks consecutive, there are two weeks available for missed classes. Once purchased, sessions are non-refundable, but can be used for other Small Group Training sessions of two or three persons.
EFFECTIVE MARCH 2011: All Specialty Classes are now incorporated into the group fitness schedule as part of the regular group fitness program. What does this mean? It means that you no longer have to pay extra for these classes!
Bar Sculpt: A strength and flexibility class incorporating principles and postures of Pilates, Yoga, and the Lotte Berke Method approach to total conditioning. The systematic format uses challenging strengthening and stretching intervals geared toward creating long, lean muscles, and energy efficiency through improved posture and muscle tone.
TRX Classes: TRX® Suspension Trainer™ exercises allows for the use of multiple planes of motion and works multiple muscles and joints simultaneously. Traditional weight training often only works one muscle at a time and the TRX forces you to use normal coordinated muscle effort, used to complete most everyday activities. Plus the TRX is fun and different and we promise you won’t be bored.
Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of different exercises that address every fitness goal.
